What is the bidding process for a project that I have in mind?
In general, we provide our potential clients with what we call a Construction Budget Report. In order to get preliminary construction estimates and bids, we send our preliminary construction plan to our subcontractors. Following that, we have a meeting with potential clients where we walk them through these documents. After reviewing the documents, we are able to provide an accurate and detailed Construction Budget Report to our clients, enabling them to make better informed decisions about their project.
Is We Build It capable of doing design work?
A large part of our business is referring and assisting our clients in selecting the right architects and designers for their projects. Due to our extensive experience in architecture and design, we also have a great deal of knowledge of the field. In order to ensure that the project is proceeding in the right direction, we make sure to always assist the client with any design-related questions or issues. Is your business licensed and insured?
As a general contractor. we are licensed bonded and insured. As a matter of fact, we hold eight individual licenses to handle all of your construction needs. We also carry a full B license, meaning we don’t only build residential properties, but also high-rises, commercial buildings, casinos, etc. Each of our projects is insured with a 2 million dollar general liability policy. With such comprehensive credentials, you can be confident that your project will be in the hands of a reliable and experienced construction company.
Who is responsible for overseeing the construction of the project? Who should I contact if I have questions or issues?
A full time Superintendent will be assigned to oversee the daily operations of your project. Furthermore, our GC, Tomer Steinberg, will oversee your project personally. Please feel free to contact Tomer and our staff members through email, phone or job site meetings if you have any project related questions. Tomer is personally involved in each project, and is available to answer questions or concerns as needed.
Which qualifications do you require of your subcontractors?
It is not uncommon for us to work with subcontractors who have been doing business with us for many years. As a result of our years of experience, we have assembled a team of subcontractors we can trust to deliver competitive pricing, excellent service, and impressive results. The subcontractors we use have years of experience and are experts in their fields. We strive to ensure that our subcontractors are held to the highest standards when it comes to delivering results.
